David Eason Thinks Leah Messer Should Get Permission From Her Baby Daddy to Put Makeup on Her Daughter

Stay in your lane, David Eason. Jenelle Evans’ husband went after another Teen Mom 2 star on April 12, and fans are even more outraged than usual. The 29-year-old former reality star mommy-shamed Leah Messer for putting makeup on her daughter for a cheerleading competition, but fans are even more infuriated that he said her baby daddy Corey Simms shouldn’t “allow” it.

“I can’t believe Corey would allow her to wear that much makeup,” he wrote. When someone mentioned that it wasn’t cool for him to be attacking another dad, he instead blamed Leah, saying, “she just probably didn’t ask him if it was okay first. I doubt he would allow that.” “He’s probably just not controlling like you,” said one angry fan. Another argued that it wasn’t a big deal because “it’s just for cheerleading.” Kailyn Lowry quickly took to Twitter to defend her bestie. “David, take that energy you have on IG and put it toward something else… like your own kids…” Burn! Leah herself was shocked to see him in her comments section at all.

“Why are you even commenting on my post?” she wrote. But then she decided to explain that all she and Corey care about is their daughter’s happiness. “We have 50/50 custody, and he supports whatever Aleeah loves doing.” Right, the way parents should be! And it seems like David does control what his kids do. His 9-year-old daughter Maryssa does cheerleading as well, and while he wrote that he was “so proud of her,” she also has no makeup on in her competition photos.

At this point, some fans think he’s just trolling and writing outrageous stuff to get attention. There’s really no reason for him to be talking to Leah or putting his two cents in about her kids, but he knows people will notice if he says something controversial. At this point he really has nothing to lose, since he was already fired by MTV for making gross homophobic remarks in the wake of the Parkland shooting. He just can’t keep his mouth shut!
