Notorious womanizer and drug user Charlie Sheen has admitted that he found out he was HIV positive four years ago.
Now, a source exclusively reveals to In Touch that the actor suspects he contracted the disease “from a transsexual who is HIV positive.”

“I thought he was going to kill himself when he found out,” the source explains. “He told me his life was over and went on a drug bender. I’ve never seen him so low. He thought it was a death sentence.”
While he admitted on national TV that he’s spent millions to keep his diagnosis a secret, In Touch has learned that it’s not just his lovers who were getting paid off.

“There’s video of Charlie having sex with a transsexual. The video was going to the highest bidder,” the source adds. “So Charlie had his team come in and buy it off the market. He thought it would destroy his life if it got out.”
But he could be shelling out a lot more soon, in lawsuits. Charlie insisted that he told every one of his sex partners about his diagnosis after finding out he was HIV positive but multiple sources tell In Touch that it’s a lie and he hid his condition from numerous partners.

In Touch has exclusively obtained the non-disclosure agreement that Charlie Sheen had his sexual partners sign when they came to his house — where he made his sexual partners agree to keep any communication (both written and verbal), personal information and details of their interaction with the actor private or face legal ramifications.
“So many of his sex partners claim he didn’t tell them at all or didn’t tell them until after they had sex. Charlie always does what Charlie wants. It’s just wrong,” says the source.
“This isn’t about Charlie being HIV positive. This is about Charlie lying to so many people for years — not telling people who should have known.”
