‘Teen Mom 2’ Star Briana DeJesus Goes Insta Official With Her New Bae — Sorry, Javi!

She’s got a new bae! Briana DeJesus has definitely not had the best luck with guys in the past — both of her relationships with her baby daddies didn’t end well, and fans watched the rise and fall of her relationship with Javi Marroquin. But it seems like the Teen Mom 2 star is done with all of that drama and is ready to move on with someone new, and she confirmed that she has a new man in her life.

During an Instagram Live session on Monday, Aug. 6, where she answered questions from fans, one fan asked Bri if she is dating anyone — and she confirmed that she is! Even though Bri played coy and didn’t reveal her new man’s identity, she did say that he is from NYC. On Wednesday, Sept. 19, the couple finally went Instagram official.

“My sweet love, thank you for shining your light into the darkness that was surrounding me,” Briana wrote in the caption. What Bri didn’t do, though, is tag her new man, leaving fans wondering just who he is and how they met. “What’s his name?” asked about one million fans, with others wanting to know if her mom and sister approve. Based on then Teen Mom star’s Instagram story, though, it seems like some fans were able to dig up at least a little dirt on her new boo. Can everyone share with the rest of the class, please?

Briana’s been giving us little hints about her new relationship pretty much since it started. Though she wiped pretty much all of her tweets from before September 2018, she had posted about sitting on the same side of a booth at a restaurant and long-distance relationships. “So remember how I used to say sitting together in the same booth at a restaurant is weird well I became a victim of it and I love it,” she wrote with crying emojis. “It’s more romantic and personal this way…your SO [sic] can hear you, touch you and kiss you!” one fan wrote, while another commented, “The best way to sit on a date.”

And just hours before Briana confirmed that she’s got a new boo from NYC, she shared a cryptic message about being in a long distance relationship. “Long distance relationships are a blessing and a curse all in one,” she tweeted. In recent weeks, she got even mushier on social media, writing, “Can’t wait to cuddle up with baeeeeeeee.”

We may not know much about Bri’s bae just yet — but we’re hoping that, now that they’re Instagram official, we start to get more details soon. If not from Briana, then at least from all the MTV internet sleuths.
