Brian Austin Green Is Focused ‘On His Own Life’ Amid Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly’s Hot Romance

Unbothered? Brian Austin Green “doesn’t care” that ex Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly “have been flaunting their relationship publicly.”

“Brian isn’t devastated by their split anymore, as they have been through breakups and splits a few times now,” a source told Us Weekly magazine’s September 11 issue. “[Brian] is trying to focus on his own life and obviously dating a few other girls in public himself. He’s not taking it personally.”

In August, the Dawson’s Creek actor, 47, seemingly poked fun at the hot couple, who took their romance public in June 2020 after meeting on the set of their upcoming movie Midnight in the Switchgrass.

“Achingly Beautiful Boy … My heart is yours,” the Transformers actress, 34, captioned a loved-up Instagram photo of her and the rapper, 30, on August 5. The two appeared to have gone swimming as they posed with wet hair and towels around their waists in the black-and-white photo.

Hours later, Brian shared a photo with almost an identical caption of his and Megan’s three sons — Noah, 7 Bodhi, 6,  and Journey, 4, — along with son Kassius Lijah Marcil-Green, 18, whom he shares with ex Vanessa Marcil on Instagram. “Achingly beautiful boys … My heart is yours,” the 90210 star captioned the series of snapshots.

Megan and Brian announced on May 18 they officially called it quits after over 10 years together. They previously separated in 2015 but dismissed their divorce case four years later. However, the Desperate Housewives actor clarified they split in “late 2019” shortly before she started dating MGK during an episode of his “… With Brian Austin Green” podcast in May.

“She’s been my best friend for 15 years and I don’t want to lose that,” he added about his ex. Since their breakup, Brian has been romantically linked to Courtney Stodden and Tina Louise after meeting both of the models on Instagram.

Needless to say, the Jennifer’s Body actress has been enjoying her time with the “Bloody Valentine” artist. “After 10 years of marriage [to Brian], Megan’s enjoying the excitement of hooking up with a cool rapper with an edge!” a source exclusively told In Touch in May. “She grew close to [Machine Gun Kelly] on [the] set of their new movie, but their friendship turned into something more.”

Megan is not shy about their spark. She said she knew “right away” that the “Rap Devil” singer was someone special and called him her “twin flame” during the duo’s first joint interview as a couple on LaLa Kent and Randall Emmett’s “Give Them Lala … With Randall” podcast in July.

“Instead of a soulmate, a twin flame is actually where a soul has ascended into a high enough level that it can be split into two different bodies at the same time. So we’re actually two halves of the same soul, I think,” Megan explained.

It looks like Brian and Megan are both ready for a new chapter.
