Say Goodbye to Amber Rose’s Massive Boobs — She’s Getting a Breast Reduction!

Her curves are iconic, but they're about to change! Amber Rose may be fond of flaunting her huge breasts, but they've finally become more trouble than they're worth. On Jan. 16 she revealed that she's going to get a breast reduction on Jan. 17! The model took to Instagram Stories to tell fans "my breast reduction surgery is tomorrow. I'm really scared and really excited at the same time."

Amber also revealed that Dr. Matlock and Dr. Garth Fisher, who have worked on her before, will be performing the surgery. Recently Amber praised Dr. Matlock for "helping me get rid of my cellulite," calling him "Hollywood's best-kept secret." Amber was blessed with naturally large boobs and has never had implants, but unfortunately, they caused her a lot of pain and she just can't take it anymore.

Amber first started “thinking about getting a breast reduction" in July 2017, saying on Twitter that “my boobs are stupid heavy, my back hurts and I can’t wear cute lil shirts without a grandma bra.” The model then turned to her fans for support saying, "I’m really scared of the lollipop scars tho… any advice? Are there any ladies out there that are much happier even though you have breast reduction scars?”

A "lollipop lift" is a type of breast reduction with minimal cuts, which involves "a surgical incision in a ring around the areola with a straight incision running downward," according to Rand Cosmetic Surgery This leaves visible scars around the nipples and down the breast that looks like a lollipop. As someone who has made a career showing off her breasts, we can see why Amber would be concerned about this. However, if the weight is affecting her health and ability to care for her son Sebastian, it definitely sounds worth the sacrifice.

Amber is far from the first star to remove some of her natural curves for the benfit of her health. In 2015, Modern Family star Ariel Winter decided to do the same, explaining to People that her large breasts made her very self-conscious and made it hard to find appropriate clothing. "It’s something that I did to better my life and better my health, and I think that can benefit a lot of young girls," she admitted.
