Bring on the haters! Season 7 of TLC’s hit reality TV series 90 Day Fiancé will introduce viewers to six new couples — and fans are already riled up over Michael Jessen and Juliana Custodio. They have one of the biggest age gaps this season, but they also don’t really care about what the haters think about their relationship.

“It’s never bothered me at all because living in it, I understand it. And if I could understand from an outsider’s perspective there would be many judgments that people would leap to and that doesn’t bother me one bit. People are welcome to think, feel what they want to. We’re together, we love each other, it’s very much real,” Michael, 42, told E! News. “We’ve made a very big decision to spend the rest of our lives together. The only person I care about when it comes to how they feel about our relationship is Juliana.”

Micahel is from Connecticut and Juliana, 23, is from Brazil. The couple met on a yacht party in Croatia and they fell in love quickly. They’ve been together for about two years now, and Michael was the one who would travel so they could spend time together. They tried to get Juliana a tourist visa so she could visit him in America, but it was denied. That’s when they decided to apply for the K-1 visa, a.k.a. the fiancé visa.

The K-1 visa allows a foreign fiancé of an American citizen to enter the United States legally. Once the foreigner steps foot on American soil, the couple then has 90 days to marry. If they do, the foreigner will then be eligible for a green card which will allow them to legally reside in the states. If they do not, the foreigner will have to return to their home country.

But it looks like they’re already getting heat from the 90 Day Fiancé fanbase on social media. On Friday, November 1, Juliana took to her Instagram Story to share a message to the haters. “Goodnight to all the judgmental and ignorant people that [have] nothing to do [except] judge others,” she wrote, according to a screenshot obtained by blogger John Yates.

90 Day Fiancé airs on TLC Sundays at 8 p.m. ET.
