Why Kim Kardashian Is ‘Staying Quiet’ Amid Her Fashion Face-Off With Ex-Husband Kanye West
Kanye West is coming for the throne. The rapper, 47, announced he’s starting a new YZY women’s line, complete with bodysuits that some say look awfully similar to the ones sold by Kim Kardashian’s hugely successful shapewear brand, Skims.
While the reality star, 44, is “confident” in her brand, says an insider, “she is worried that some customers could get confused.” Kanye even had his wife, Bianca Censori, who’s been called Kim’s look-alike, model the bodysuits.
“Kim thinks Kanye wants her to say something about his post because that’ll mean more publicity for his brand,” notes the insider. “If she reacts, though, she’ll be attacked for not supporting her children’s father’s business, or they’ll say she’s afraid of some healthy competition. So, for now, Kim’s staying quiet.”
