Kate Beckinsale Suddenly Deletes Instagram and Fans Are Begging for Answers: ‘Which A—hole Did Something?’
Following in her beau’s footsteps? Recently, Kate Beckinsale deleted all of her Instagram posts. Hmm … is it because she is sick of clapping back at social media users who question her age difference with Pete Davidson? Maybe.
Fans are equally as confused and upset as to why Kate decided to step away from the spotlight. One person wrote, “Why the hell did @KateBeckinsale delete her Instagram???? Which a–hole did something?” while another echoed, “@KateBeckinsale PLEASE DO NOT DELETE your Instagram!!! I feel like I lost a family.” A third person chimed in, writing, “How am I supposed to live without @KateBeckinsale’s Instagram?”
Before the SNL star, 25, and the model, 45, got together, Pete was apparently having a hard time getting over his ex Ariana Grande and dealing with some mental health issues. “I’m doing my best to stay here for you but I actually don’t know how much longer I can last,” he wrote in an alarming message in December 2018. “All I’ve ever tried to do was help people. Just remember I told you so.”
Since then, the Staten Island native deleted his social media and it seems like it’s been for the best. “I can’t go on that for obvious reasons,” he told Variety in January. “Just don’t go online. It doesn’t make me very happy. Even if it’s not about me, it’s random s—t … I’m not a fan of it.” It looks like Kate couldn’t agree more!
Previously, the brunette beauty was not afraid to respond to trolls who commented on her relationship status. Kate posted a selfie in February and one user wrote, “Disappointed in your dating choices.” The U.K. native quickly fired back, “Fairly let down by your wonky beard but thought possibly rude to say.”
So, does it really matter that Underworld actress is 20 years older than the comedian? “Apparently, people have a crazy fascination with our age difference, but it doesn’t really bother us,” Pete said during the “Weekend Update” segment on the March 9 episode of Saturday Night Live.
Ever since Kate and Pete left a Golden Globes afterparty together, it seems like things are getting more and more serious. “Pete’s been an exciting breath of fresh air, and she’s falling for him, big time,” a source exclusively told In Touch. “He’s hyper-intelligent, hilarious, quick-witted and kind, plus a fantastic and considerate lover, too — everything she wants from a guy.”
Well, whatever is going on with her Instagram, we hope that Kate returns sooner than later!
