Tom Cruise and Ana de Armas Spark Romance Rumors After Being Seen Enjoying a Cozy Dinner

Tom Cruise and Ana de Armas were spotted getting cozy in the Soho area of London the day before Valentine’s Day, making fans wonder if there was a potential spark between the two.

Ana, 36, and Tom, 62, grabbed dinner together and spent time taking pictures and chatting with fans who approached them. In the pictures obtained by the Daily Mail on February 15, the Mission: Impossible actor wore a navy sports coat and matching pants with a tan colored collared shirt. Ana opted for a casually cool look with cropped, straight leg jeans that she paired with a black top and blacking blazer. She wore gold ballet flats and accessorized with a beige purse.

Both the Ghosted actress and Tom seemed to be in good spirits as they smiled and spoke with people asking for photographs before grabbing a taxi together.

However, a source told People that Ana and Tom were simply “discussing potential collaborations down the line” over dinner and “appeared to have no romantic connection, just friends.”

The insider added, “Tom looked happy as fans approached him for photos, and the group later took home leftovers.”

Tom’s dating life has always been a source of interest for fans, and his high-profile marriages to Nicole Kidman and Katie Holmes made headlines for years. Since his dramatic split from Katie, 46, in 2012, he’s been linked to several stars. The Vanilla Sky star dated his MI:7 costar Hayley Atwell for a year before splitting in 2021. A source revealed to In Touch that their spark fizzled out after Tom’s work commitments became front and center.

In May 2023, the Risky Business actor was linked to singer Shakira after they were spotted together at the Grand Prix in Miami. Many thought that Tom would make a perfect rebound for Shakira, 48, after her split from Gerard Piqué, but the relationship didn’t last.

By August 2024, reports began circulating that Tom and Victoria Canal were dating after he watched her perform alongside Coldplay at their Glastonbury, England, concert. The Sun reported that the two had become friends and the relationship eventually turned romantic. Victoria, 25, quickly cleared up the rumors though.

“Guys. I am not dating Tom Cruise. This is literally insane,” Victoria wrote via her Instagram Stories on August 5, 2024. “In all seriousness guys, Tom has been nothing but a lovely and encouraging person and mentor, much like Chris Martin, my dad, my music teachers and other wise people that have learned a lot from living. And again, I am friends with all kinds of people who are very different to me. You learn a lot if you’re open to life bringing you those teachers.”

The Jerry Maguire star also previously sparked rumors he was dating his agent, Maha Dakhil, after they were seen having dinner together on December 18, 2024. However, a source exclusively told In Touch that there was nothing romantic between them because Maha, 49, was “happily married.”

“When Tom and Maha get together, they are very chummy,” the insider explained. “It’s clear they like each other very much and enjoy each other’s company, but that’s all. Tom’s not one to cross any lines.”

Ana previously dated Ben Affleck before his marriage to Jennifer Lopez after they met on the set of the 2019 film Deep Water. The Knives Out actress and Ben, 52, were together for a year before they ended things in January 2021.

“Ana ended the relationship. Ana still cares for Ben, but she can’t see a future with him. It wasn’t working and they weren’t on the same page,” a source told In Touch at the time. “They’re on amicable terms and still talk, but it’s over.”

Since their split, Ana’s been linked to Tinder exec Paul Boukadakis and Manuel Anido Cuesta, the stepson of Cuban president Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez.
