This Woman Crushed Cans AND a Watermelon With Her Breasts on ‘Botched’ — We’re Not Kidding
On Tuesday night’s Botched, we met Susan Sykes, aka Busty Heart…and we must say, she lives up to her nickname!
The 53-year-old boasts size 34M breasts and has made a career out of being able to crush things with her notoriously large chest — she even demonstrated on cans and a WATERMELON for Dr. Paul Nassif and Dr. Terry DuBrow!

“The first thing I noticed about Susan were her very large breasts,” Dr. Nassif told cameras. "The second thing I noticed about Susan were her very large breasts. Basically I thought that she was coming to have something fixed with her breasts.”
Susan demonstrates breast can crush.
Susan’s career has brought her tremendous success, as she owns an island off the coast of Maine, a strip club and a mountaintop with a cabin.
"If she gets sick of entertainment, she could always work as a wrecking ball,” Dr. DuBrow teased.

The Botched docs didn’t know how to react when she revealed it wasn't her insured breasts she had issue with — it was her results from what she calls “incomplete lipo-suction!”
No operation took place because the experts would have had to reduce her breasts in order for Susan to receive her desired result — and that, friends, was out of the question.
