‘The Hills’ Alum Jason Wahler and Wife Ashley Slack Are Having a Girl — See Their Adorable Gender Reveal!

The Hills alum Jason Wahler and his wife Ashley Slack gathered family and friends together on Sunday, March 6 to reveal the gender of their first baby! During the big gender reveal party, Ashley released a set of pink balloons and confetti, which means that they’re having a girl!

Jason and Ashley both shared video clips of the moment they found out that they were having a daughter in two separate Instagram video posts. Ashley jumped up and down with joy after she was showered in sea of pink, and the couple shared a sweet kiss to celebrate.

“First girl in the Wahler family in 39 years!” the model wrote in her caption, while Jason thanked their friends and family for their love and support.

They first announced that they were expecting their bundle of joy last month with an adorable pregnancy announcement on Instagram, which included a sonogram of baby Wahler. The 30-year-old and his wife opened up about what it’s like to be soon-to-be parents in an interview with Entertainment Tonight.

"We are so overjoyed and excited for this baby!" the couple said. "We absolutely LOVE kids and are so happy to finally be starting a family of our own."

Jason and Ashley have been married since 2013 and the couple has been together since 2010 — the same year that Jason did a stint on VH1’s Celebrity Rehab. But he’s come a long way since then, and he’s looking forward to becoming a dad and witnessing his baby’s first steps and first words.

“All of it is such an incredible journey and blessing we get to be a part of,” he said.
