Making a relationship work after meeting on a reality show isn’t easy, but these couples from The Challenge have all beaten the odds. While the MTV series is known for short-lived hookups, there’s also been some lasting romances to come from the show, including Kam Willians and Leroy Garrett, Nurys Mateo and Horacio Gutierrez Jr. and Averey Tressler and Adam Larson.
Some couples have even gone on to start families together! Jenna Compono and Zach Nichols, for example, announced in January 2025 that they’re expecting their fourth child.
