While there is a lot of praise for mothers on TV — especially those who segue their careers into mommy-blogging and sharing Instagram updates of their adorable tykes — TV dads don’t always get the recognition they deserve. We’re here to change that! That’s why we made a list of some of the best dads from reality TV.

Take OutDaughtered star Adam Busby, for instance. The reality TV dad has been married to Danielle Busby for 15 years now and they share six girls: Blayke Louise, Hazel Grace, Riley Paige, Parker Kate, Ava Lane and Olivia Marie!

Adam and Danielle, who wed in April 2006, had the sweetest love story before they expanded their family. The couple first crossed paths in 2003, when they both were making a living by working at Target in their hometown of Lake Charles, Louisiana. After getting to know each other, Adam asked Danielle out for a date, but he ended up canceling on the day of. Luckily, they rescheduled and it was worth it because sparks were flying. Two years later, Adam proposed to his now-wife on Christmas eve, making it a very special holiday for the pair.

On April 5, 2011, the lovebirds welcomed their very first child: daughter Blayke. Blayke wasn’t an only sibling for long, because the family expanded when Adam and Danielle’s quintuplets, Blayke Louise, Hazel Grace, Riley Paige, Parker Kate, Ava Lane and Olivia Marie, arrived on April 8, 2015.

Of course, Adam isn’t the only notable reality TV dad. There’s also Jersey Shore star Paul “Pauly D” DelVecchio and Scott Disick from Keeping Up With the Kardashians, just to name a few.

Pauly previously gushed over his mini-me, Amabella Sophia Markert, having a similar personality while opening up about his favorite aspects of being a father to In Touch exclusively. “She’s like me, she’s a little prank war champion,” he shared about his daughter in November 2020. “She hides everyone’s phones. She hides everyone’s things. You know, she’s funny. She is. She, I mean, she makes me laugh.”

“She runs around yelling like I do,” he quipped. “She’s so loud … am I that loud?”
