Tom Sandoval Granted Restraining Order Against Ex-Girlfriend After Her Arrest for ‘Physical Violence’

Vanderpump Rules alum Tom Sandoval was granted a restraining order against his ex-girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson after he claimed she physically abused him.

According to court documents obtained Thursday, June 25, by In Touch, a judge signed off on Sandoval’s request for a restraining order against Robinson, 33, that says she must not contact him, must stay at least 100 yards away from him and must move out of their shared rental home (for which the reality star, 42, pays “all costs”).

In Sandoval’s request for the domestic violence restraining order — which also states that they are now broken up — he claimed Robinson “perpetrated domestic abuse against me by, among other things, punching my face, striking my neck, throwing a full Gatorade bottle at me, verbally assaulting me, accessing and changing the passwords on my phone and social media accounts without my knowledge, monitoring and tracking my movements through the use of Airtags, spreading falsities about me online and deleting evidence of her abuse on my phone.”

The most recent incident, Sandoval said, occurred on June 3, when Robinson allegedly punched him in the face, injuring his neck and ear.

The documents state that Robinson was arrested on June 3 for intimate partner battery with physical violence and that she was scheduled to be arraigned Thursday, June 25.

Sandoval stated in the docs that Robinson and her father were living in their shared rental home, which he pays for, and that he has been “completely displaced” as a result of the alleged violence.

During the June 3 altercation, the impact of Robinson’s alleged “blow was so forceful that it caused my vision to blur,” Sandoval claimed. “I sustained a bruise near my temple and eyebrow ridge and bled from my ear and neck as a result of [Robinson] striking me that night. The pain in my mouth persisted for two weeks, which prompted me to visit the ER to be evaluated.”

Sandoval stated in the docs that he has been “staying at hotels and at a friend’s house” in the meantime.

A hearing on the restraining order has been set for July 16, according to the legal documents.
