What a sweet moment! Teen Mom OG stars Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra have really come such a long way since fans were first introduced to them on their episode of 16 and Pregnant. Fans watched them make the difficult decision to place their firstborn daughter, Carly, for adoption and have followed along with their journey as birth parents. But during a very rare moment on part 1 of the Teen Mom OG reunion, Cate and Ty were joined onstage by Carly’s adoptive parents, Brandon and Teresa Davis, for the first time in 10 years and together, they all reflected on their journey together through their open adoption.
