In Touch first reported Leah’s win on Saturday, stating she will see the girls from Thursday-Sunday while her first ex-husband will get the remaining days and one weekend per month. They will allegedly “split the bills 50/50.”
“They decided to do shared parenting,” an insider tells The Ashley’s Reality Roundup.
“Corey’s intention was never to rip the girls away from Leah. He fought for full custody because that was what needed to happen at the time to protect the girls. He never wanted to cut Leah out of their lives, or replace the girls’ mother or anything else that fans were saying about him. People only know a piece of how bad things had gotten, honestly.”

Leah lost primary custody in October when it was alleged the girls weren’t making it to school on time. She also has a two-year-old daughter Addie with her second ex-husband, Jeremy Calvert.
“MTV filmed Leah and Corey explaining to their families what happened inside the courtroom. That footage will probably help fans understand why Corey did what he did in regards to custody,” the insider continues.
