Shia LaBeouf Caught in Strange Confrontation With Police Outside His New Orleans Home

Shia LaBeouf found himself in another bizarre situation in New Orleans on Friday, March 20.

In footage obtained by TMZ, the former Disney Channel star, 39, can be seen engaging in a peculiar discussion with police officers on the front porch of his home.

It’s not entirely clear what the conversation was about, or how it began, but LaBeouf can be heard talking about his car, a camera and pulling out his phone to show the officers something on the screen.

“I’m clean,” he was heard saying at one point, as he held his hands up.

“You gotta understand who I am. I’m a target,” he added. “I’m an easy target.”

The Even Stevens star turned to walk into the house but can be heard shouting, “I have a f***ing three-year-old!”

The situation escalated from there with LaBeouf shouting into the street, “I’ve been sitting in jail for f***ing four months for punching a man.” He then handed over his phone to one of the officers and shouted, “I don’t trust you at all!”

A hysterical LaBeouf is then seen walking in the street screaming and crying as the officers get into their cars to drive off.

This latest interaction with authorities comes just weeks after LaBeouf was arrested and charged with two counts of simple battery after getting into a fight during a Mardi Gras celebration.
