That didn't take long. Just two days after Blac Chyna's Easter Day fight at Six Flags, Rob Kardashian is reportedly gearing up to take the mother-of-two to court to protect his daughter Dream — and their custody agreement could be in jeopardy.

According to TMZ, Rob has been watching Chyna's violent antics for months, and her brawl involving Dream's pink stroller was officially the last straw for the KUWTK star. Rob's legal team is currently filing legal documents to outline exactly what Chyna can and can not do in front of the 16-month-old.

Rob also wants to keep her 18-year-old boyfriend, YBN Almighty Jay, away from Dream — or any new boyfriend for that matter — unless the couple has been together for more than six months. Oh, and he's also hoping for a massive reduction in his $20,000 monthly child support payment.

Currently, the sock designer is paying his baby mama even though they share 50/50 custody and Chyna makes way more money than he does. So, it looks like Chyna's Six Flags fiasco might cost her. In her defense, Chyna claims she was defending her daughter after a stranger touched her without permission at the theme park.

"Being famous is hard enough dealing with scrutiny but when someone feels comfortable enough to come and touch your child it's a whole other story," she wrote on social media following the incident. "I do not condone violence nor am I a violent person but shout out to all the amazing mothers out there that will protect their children at all costs. Love, King and Dream's mommy."

It was also reported that Dream and Chyna's five-year-old son King with ex Tyga were taken away by their nanny before the altercation. As for Rob's sisters, they are "not surprised" by Chyna's behavior. "They are just glad Dream was not in the stroller and was safe. It's concerning that Chyna behaves this way with Dream around, but this is typical Chyna behavior," a source told E! Online. "It's a shame that she can lose control of herself and rage so easily. The family hopes that she will be better for Dream and will learn from this."
