In Touch can confirm that the Oscar-winning actor, 39, has listed his eight-bedroom, 14-bathroom Encino mansion in California for a little more than $2 million less than what he purchased it for in 2022.
After buying the 11,599-square-foot property in May 2022 for $12.51 million, he is now looking to sell it for $10.495 million.
The home was previously on the market for nearly $13 million in January 2023, but it was removed and listed again in 2025. It appears that the Sinners star is having trouble selling the property, as the listing price has continuously declined.
According to a listing for the property, “modern design meets natural serenity” at the property, which is located on a half-acre corner lot.
The open-concept interior includes high ceilings and glass walls with a chef’s kitchen and custom oak cabinetry. Its amenities include a theater, temperature-controlled wine cellar and wellness center with an indoor-outdoor spa, among other features.
