Matt Roloff Lowers Price of Family’s Oregon Farm More Than 4 Years After Initially Listing for Sale
Matt Roloff has dropped the price of his famous family farm.
The Little People, Big World alum, 64, originally listed 16 acres of his 109-acres Helvetia, Oregon, estate back in May 2022 for $4 million after failing to come to a sale agreement with sons Jeremy Roloff and Zach Roloff.
In the years since, the property has been listed, unlisted and listed again. It even served as a short-term rental property beginning in late 2022.
Now, the former reality star is seeking $2.6 million for the property — which includes the family’s former 5,800-square-foot home.
“I’m going to try one more time to sell the small farm,” Matt said in a YouTube video shared on Monday, June 15. “I’m living in this new house on the big farm, the 90-acre place.”
“I went back to all the kids one more time and said, ‘Hey guys, in a couple months…I’m going to list the house again if anybody wants to take a look at it one more time.’ But everybody’s real happy in their current situation,” he added.
Matt and ex-wife Amy Roloff raised their four children, twins Jeremy and Zach, 36, son Jacob Roloff, 29, and daughter Molly Roloff, 32, in the home, which was featured on the long-running TLC series.
Following their 2016 divorce, Amy, 63, continued living in the six-bedroom house until she married husband Chris Marek and the pair downsized.
