Machine Gun Kelly Wants ‘Another Chance’ With Megan Fox as She Seeks ‘Full Custody’ of Unborn Baby

Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly’s due date is drawing closer, and sources exclusively tell In Touch that the couple have tons to figure out as far as how they’ll coparent — with spousal support and visitation a hugely stressful topic that still needs to work out.

“As upset as Megan is with MGK she’s not going to try and keep him out of their baby girl’s life,” the insider explains. “She loves the relationship he has with his older daughter and would never try and deprive him of that with their daughter. But she does want full custody.”

Megan and MGK’s most recent split happened over Thanksgiving 2024 weekend when she reportedly found “material” in the “Emo Girl” artist’s phone that she found “upsetting.” The split happened only weeks after the Jennifer’s Body actress announced that she and MGK, 34, were expecting their first child together. Megan, 38, is already a mother to three kids, whom she shares with her ex-husband, Brian Austin Green.

The insider says the Transformers star is “very clear” that she should have custody of their baby, adding that the actress felt her rockstar ex wasn’t “up for caring even part time for a baby.”

“She’s fine with plenty of visitation, although she wants it to be supervised for the time being,” the source explains. “And that means she will want some custody payments. He’s worth $25 million and his career is still growing so he can certainly afford it.”

The source says it’s a “very tough situation” for the exes, who were first romantically connected in 2020, as MGK “does not want things to be over” and “is still trying to get her to give him yet another chance.”

“She’s staying firm right now that it is over, but with their history of going back and forth and the insane connection and attraction they have, no one would be shocked if she were to break down and try again,” the source concludes. “She’s extremely attached to him, right now she’s adamant that there’s no going back but the truth is that could change. It’s all so intense and dramatic right now, what she’s going through is beyond tough.”

Megan and MGK’s most recent split is just one of two breakups for the couple over the years. The on-again, off-again pair met on the set of Midnight in the Switchgrass in March 2020 and by that summer, they went public with their relationship.

After getting engaged in January 2022 and marking the milestone by drinking one another’s blood, Megan hinted at trouble in paradise only a year later when she scrubbed her Instagram page of all traces of MGK in February 2023. Rumors started swirling that the couple split because of a cheating scandal, but days later, the Expendables 4 star shut down the speculation that MGK allegedly cheated on her.

“There has been no third-party interference in this relationship of any kind. That includes, but is not limited to … actual humans, DMs, AI bots or succubus demons,” Megan wrote in a screenshot she shared via Instagram. “While I do hate to rob you of running random baseless news stories that would have been much more accurately written by ChatGPT, you need to let this story die and leave all of these innocent people alone now.”

The following month, US Weekly reported Megan and MGK were on a break but they were back together by August 2023, according to Entertainment Tonight.

Although Megan keeps her relationship out of the spotlight, she later confirmed during a March 2024 appearance on the “Call Her Daddy” podcast that she and MGK did briefly call off their engagement but wasn’t going to expand on the details — and played coy about the timeline.

“I think that what I’ve learned from being in this relationship is that it’s not for public consumption,” she told host Alex Cooper. “So, I think, as of now, I don’t have a comment on the status of the relationship, per se. What I can say is that [he] is what I refer to as being my ‘twin soul,’ and there will always be a tether to him, no matter what. I can’t say for sure what the capacity will be, but I will always be connected to him somehow. Beyond that, I’m not willing to explain.”
