Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly Call It Quits 1 Month After Announcing Pregnancy: Report

Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly have called it quits just one month after she announced that they’re expecting their first child together, according to reports.

TMZ reported on Tuesday, December 10, that Megan, 38, and MGK, 34, ended their relationship over Thanksgiving weekend while they spent the holiday in Vail, Colorado. Sources told the outlet that Megan became upset after she found unspecified material on MGK’s phone, which made her want him to leave the trip early.

MGK – whose real name is Colson Baker – ultimately decided to leave the vacation earlier than expected, and the former couple reportedly hasn’t seen each other since.

Neither Megan nor MGK have publicly reacted to the report, and reps for the stars did not immediately respond to In Touch’s request for comment.

The former couple confirmed their romance in 2020, and they got engaged in January 2022. They have sparked several split rumors over the years, and the Transformers star confirmed that she and MGK briefly called off their engagement while appearing on the “Call Her Daddy” podcast in May. Despite revealing the detail, Megan did not share any information about how long the split lasted and when it happened.

Megan and MGK appeared to be on good terms when she announced her pregnancy with their first child together on November 11.

“Nothing is ever really lost. welcome back,” she captioned a photo via Instagram of herself cradling her baby bump as she was covered in black paint, as well as a snapshot of her holding a positive pregnancy test.

In addition to her new baby, Megan is already the mother to sons Noah, 12, Bodhi, 10 and Journey, 8, with ex-husband Brian Austin Green. Meanwhile, MGK shares daughter Casie, 15, with ex Emma Cannon.

Megan revealed that she was pregnant one year after she opened up about suffering a miscarriage. Not only did she detail the tragedy in her poetry book, Pretty Boys Are Poisonous, but she also discussed the experience during a November 2023 appearance on Good Morning America.

“I’ve never been through anything like that in my life. I have three kids, so it was very difficult for both of us and it sent us on a very wild journey together and separately … trying to navigate, ‘What does this mean?’ and ‘Why did this happen?’” the Jennifer’s Body actress said at the time.

Prior to their split, an insider exclusively told In Touch that Megan and MGK were “super excited about welcoming their rainbow baby.”

“Especially after going through such a rough patch in their relationship,” the source shared. “They feel fully united and enthusiastic.”

The duo was said to be “preparing for the arrival by decorating the nursery, her kids helped, and she’s taking every precaution necessary.” The insider continued, “They say this is their little miracle baby since she miscarried before.”

While MGK was initially quiet about his family’s new addition, he broke his silence on the matter by issuing a statement via X on November 25. “Isolating myself in the desert next week to restart this album from scratch. When inspiration flows through me unblocked, we will reach the destination in no time. don’t worry,” he wrote at the time. “After all, I’m about to be a dad again!”
