So much for getting an easy ride. Following the news that Lori Loughlin was indicted for her role in a college admissions cheating scandal, her daughter, Olivia Jade, isn’t planning on returning to school. Days after her older sister Bella Giannulli was seen out and about, a source told In Touch that the YouTuber would be taking a break from school — one that is likely permanent. Her mom may be out on bail already, but Olivia is still struggling.

“Olivia Jade is not returning to USC,” an insider told In Touch. “Everyone is talking about her and she’s terrified she’ll be attacked by bullies because of the scam. Right now, she feels like her whole life is over!” And considering all of the jokes that people have made online at her mom’s expense — and at hers — it’s not surprising that she feels that way.

This time around, the celebrity kid has found herself in even more hot water than when she made a YouTube video where she claimed she “doesn’t really care” about the actual college part of college. “I don’t know how much of school I’m gonna attend, but I’m gonna go in and talk to my deans and everyone, and hope that I can try and balance it all [with work],” she said in the August 2018 vlog. “But I do want the experience of like game days [and] partying.”

After she faced backlash and accusations of being “spoiled” and “ungrateful,” Olivia later apologized. Admitted what she said was “super ignorant and stupid,” she continued, “And it just kind of made it seem like I don’t care, I just want to brush it off. I’m just gonna be successful at YouTube and not have to worry about school. And I watch it back, and I read the comments, and I’m just really disappointed in myself. … I know that [going to college is] a privilege and a blessing and I’m really grateful.”
