Kim Kardashian Was ‘Envious’ of Taylor Swift’s Starry Wedding: ‘Definitely Got Her Wheels Turning’

Lewis Hamilton hasn’t asked Kim Kardashian to marry him yet, a source tells In Touch, but the thrice-divorced reality star seems to think it’s just a matter of time before he proposes.

“She’s madly in love and she says he’s told her he feels the same way,” says the source. “And she says when they do get married, there’s no reason that they can’t throw a wedding just as big and star-studded” as that of Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce.

The “So High School” singer and the NFL star, both 36, tied the knot on Friday, July 3, at New York City’s Madison Square Garden before an estimated 1,000 of their closest family and friends, including Reese Witherspoon, Emma Stone, Brad Pitt, Bradley Cooper, Gigi Hadid, Paul Rudd, Dakota Johnson, Ed Sheeran, Gracie Abrams, Zoë Kravitz and Adam Sandler, per People.

“Kim isn’t sitting around trash-talking Taylor anymore. She’s well past all that,” the source says of their infamous feud which involved Kardashian’s ex-husband Kanye West, who famously had bad blood with Swift. “But she’d be lying if she said she wasn’t envious of what she pulled off.”

So much so, Kardashian has “started dreaming up ways she and Lewis can top” Swift and Kelce’s ceremony, In Touch‘s source reveals, adding that “seeing a wedding on that scale definitely got her wheels turning.”

The Skims founder, 45, and the Formula One driver, 41, have quite a few famous friends of their own, including LeBron James, Tom Brady and Justin Bieber.

“Between the two of them, they know just about everyone worth knowing and Kim insists they could easily pull together a guest list of a thousand people if not more,” says the source. “She would absolutely love the satisfaction of outdoing Taylor.”
