Khloé Kardashian Is Struggling With Anxiety Post-Cheating Scandal: ‘She’s Barely Eating or Sleeping’

No sleep till … ever? Khloé Kardashian took to her Instagram story at 4:01 a.m. on Wednesday, March 6, to share her special talent of “not sleeping at night” following the heartbreaking betrayal of her baby daddy, Tristan Thompson, having an affair with Jordyn Woods. “Khloé is putting on a brave face but isn’t dealing with the split well,” a source exclusively told In Touch. “She’s barely eating or sleeping.”

The mom-of-one is apparently taking Revenge Body to the next level. “Khloe’s hitting the gym harder than ever since dumping Tristan – she uses exercise to help deal with her anxiety. She’s already lost 10 lbs since ending the relationship due to stress more than anything else,” the source continued.

Prior to the insomnia-themed post, the Good American founder posted a series of emotional poems to update fans on her current feelings about her 27-year-old ex’s brutal scandal with the 21-year-old model.

The two poems seemingly point out that Khloé is indeed trying to convince her mind to let go of the pain that the Cleveland Cavalier’s player has caused her. The first poem that she shared is titled, “The Truth About Your Heart,” and was written by Nikita Gill.

“Your heart will fix itself. It’s your mind you need to worry about. Your mind where you locked the memories, your mind where you have kept pieces of the ones that hurt you, that still cut you like shards of glass,” the poem reads. “Your mind will keep you up at night, make you cry, destroy you over and over again. You need to convince your mind that it has to let go… because your heart already knows how to heal.”

Nikita may just be Khloé’s new BFF as the reality star shared another one of her poems: “The saddest word in the whole wide world is the world is almost. He was almost in love. She was almost too good for him. He almost stopped her. She almost waited. He almost lived.”

Mhmm, Jordy and Tristan almost slept together, or Khloé and Tristan almost made it? Two statements that could very much be what Khloé was hinting. Regardless, we are so happy that Koko finally ended her two-year relationship with Tristan in mid-February. When Khloé confronted Jordyn on the situation, “Jordyn eventually broke down and admitted that the hookup happened,” a source told Us Weekly.

The model continued to own up to her mistakes on Friday, March 2, when she decided to go live on Jada Pinkett Smith‘s Red Table Talk. Jordy gave the world the play by play on the night it all went down on February 19. During the live interview, Jordy confessed that Tristan kissed her, but continued to deny that the two slept together. “He did kiss me … no passion, no nothing, on the way out. He just kissed me. It was a kiss on the lips. But no tongue kiss. No making out. Nothing,” Jordyn told the 47-year-old.

However, a source revealed to In Touch that Jordyn and Tristan’s PDA was actually taken to a higher level. “Jordyn were into each other, they were cuddling and holding hands. Tristan was rubbing her ass, they were definitely hooking up,” the source confessed. “It was surreal. We couldn’t believe it.”

The one member of the family Tristan won’t lose due to his cheating is his baby daughter, True. A source previously told Us Weekly that “True is such a blessing. Khloé is grateful she has her daughter. She is never going to take True away from Tristan as long as he’s a good father to True and [does] his part. Khloé will always allow Tristan to be in True’s life as much as he can.”
