Kate Cassidy Reveals Why She’s Removing Liam Payne Tattoo

Kate Cassidy has removed one of her tribute tattoos to Liam Payne.

On Tuesday, the social media influencer took to Instagram to share a picture from Skin Club Miami laser studio. She captioned the mirror selfie, “tattoo removal today.”

She followed the post with a video of the tattoo removal process, which extracted her “444” tattoo. The piece was initially done as a tribute for Liam after his death in October 2024. It represented the couple’s angel number that meant love and support.

Along the video, the influencer clarified she “decided to get some tattoos removed that were done poorly,” however, she “will be getting redone eventually.”

The influencer had several tattoos done in honor of Liam. She also has one of angel wings and his initials, “LP,” on her wrist.

The couple had been together since 2022. They sparked dating rumors after attending a Halloween party as Tommy Lee and Pamela Anderson. Liam and Kate had been inseparable ever since. The influencer even joined Liam at the premiere of his former band member Louis Tomlinson‘s documentary All of These Voices.

At first, Kate was believed to be with the singer at the time of the passing considering he posted a shirtless photo of himself alongside her to his Snapchat story minutes before the news broke that he died after he plunged 45 feet from a third floor balcony at the Casa Sur Hotel in Buenos Aires.

He also uploaded a video earlier that day of the two having breakfast together.

This was quickly confirmed not to be true once Kate posted a TikTok video saying she felt restless and “ready to leave” since the five-day trip was extended to two weeks.

The couple originally made the trip to South America with the intention of reconnecting with Niall Horan at one of his concerts.
