Jon Gosselin Shares Pics of Hannah and Collin, Wishes ‘All’ of His Kids ‘Good Luck’ on First Day of High School

They grow up so fast!! Jon Gosselin wished his kids a great first day of high school in a touching Instagram post on Monday, August 26. The 42-year-old posed with two of his eight kids, Collin and Hannah, 15, outside of his Pennsylvania home, but sent kind words to all of his children.

“FRESHMAN!!! 9th Grade Wow!!! I can’t believe it!!! Good luck to Hannah and Collin this year!!!” wrote the very proud dad. “Today is their first day of high school!!!! I hope all my kids have a wonderful year in high school this year and have great experiences!!! Love all of you!!!”

The sextuplets, Hannah, Leah, Alexis, Joel, Aaden and Collin, aren’t the only ones making strides this year. Twins, Mady and Cara, are off to their first year of college in New York City and last month, Kate Gosselin revealed to People magazine that the 18-year-olds have decided to attend different schools. “They’re both so excited,” the 44-year-old said. “They agreed all along that they don’t want to go to the same school because their ambitions are so different.” Of course, the blonde beauty is happy for her girls but admitted she has “mixed emotions” about them moving out of her Pennsylvania home.

Now, Kate will only have four of her eight children at home, as Jon has custody of Hannah and Collin and they reside with him. After a brutal custody battle, the two seem so much happier in Jon’s care. Also living under Jon’s roof is longtime girlfriend Colleen Conrad. The two are constantly posting pics and working on blending their families. The four of them recently took a trip to the beach and looks like they had a blast. Back in December, Jon opened up about his kids’ bond with Colleen as a stepmother figure. “They love her. She’s a great parent,” Jon exclusively told In Touch at the time.

Now that both parents of the brood of eight are on a journey to find their forever partner, it looks like they can both let go and let their children fly. Good luck on your first day of school, Gosselins!!
