Jessie J Posts Rare Selfies With Channing Tatum Following Jenna Dewan’s Comments on Their Relationship

When words fail, selfies speak! On Monday, October 21, Jessie J took to her Instagram Story to share not one, but two rare photos of herself and boyfriend Channing Tatum. Considering Channing’s ex Jenna Dewan’s recent admission that she was “blindsided” by the pair’s courtship, the timing hardly seems coincidental. 

“I was learning things about my ex most people wouldn’t have to face — and over the internet, as it was happening. There I was, on a plane, alone, finding out about his new relationship,” the longtime actress, 38, detailed in her newly released memoir, Gracefully You: Finding Beauty and Balance in the Everyday. “I felt blindsided.”

Jenna, who shares daughter Everly with Channing, went on to detail her initial reaction to the heartbreaking news. “Instead of reacting the way I wanted to, I asked myself this: ‘How do I choose grace in this moment?’ Had I not been practicing this way of life beforehand, I definitely wouldn’t have handled this news very gracefully,” the dancer admitted. 

“It was quite a challenge to remain graceful, to say the least. That’s when your real character comes out,” Jenna added. “Choosing grace as I learned everything about my personal situation along with the rest of the world was really difficult.” While many fans and celebrities alike have praised Jenna’s honesty, others are less than pleased with her comments. 

“Maybe I’m in the minority here, but I don’t understand why Jenna Dewan was so shocked that Channing moved on quickly when she is currently pregnant with her boyfriend’s child,” one person wrote on Twitter, referring to the news that Jenna and actor Steve Kazee are expecting. 

“Anything to promote her book, I guess. Yet, she was in a relationship long before he started dating Jessie,” added another. “She got into a relationship within the same time and is literally pregnant by another dude,” a third person chimed in, while a fourth echoed, “Why should he have to tell her that he’s dating someone?” 

Hmmm, it looks like the internet is pretty torn over this one. Either way, Jenna and Steve seem happier than ever, as do Jessie and Channing. All’s well that ends well, right?
