Jennifer Aniston Visits Her Mom for the First Time in 5 Years (EXCLUSIVE)

In Touch has exclusively learned that Jennifer Aniston visited her estranged dying mother, Nancy Dow, at her North Hollywood apartment on May 12 — for the first time in nearly five years.

“The last time Jen saw her was in 2011 after Nancy had a stroke,” the insider explains, adding that she brought along Justin Theroux, whom she had just started dating.

Since Jen’s last visit, her 79-year-old mother suffered a series of strokes and has lost the ability to walk and speak. The insider says that “Jen and Nancy will never have a close bond again,” however, “Jen must have had a wake-up call and wanted to see her mother one last time before she passes.”

“Nancy is sick, frail and alone,” says an insider, adding that Jen’s visit on May 12 “may not have been a huge step in repairing their years-long feud, but it was a step in the right direction.”

Nancy was admitted back in the hospital just six days after Jen’s visit.

“I think Jen’s already said her goodbyes,” the insider reveals.
