Jack Quaid shared some short and sweet thoughts about working with Meghan Markle in the upcoming comedy film, Close Personal Friends, which marks her big return to acting after eight years.
The son of Dennis Quaid and Meg Ryan, 33, spoke with Entertainment Tonight about the new movie when he was asked about his experience working with the Duchess of Sussex, 44.
“It was insane,” Jack shared, before quickly pivoting to talking about the rest of the cast on the film.
“The main cast of it is myself, Brie Larson, Henry Golding and Lily Collins, which is just an incredible group of people to be a part of,” he said. “Every day we went to set and we just tried our best to make each other laugh.”

Markle previously left the world of acting behind in 2017 when her high-profile romance with Prince Harry began to take shape. Before that, her biggest claim to fame was playing top-notch paralegal Rachel Zane in Suits from 2011 to 2018.
In 2020, Markle and Harry, 41, stepped back from working as official members of the royal family in order to live in Southern California and raise their two children, Archie, 6, and Lilbet, 4. Since that time, she’s done a handful of projects in front of the camera, including hosting Netflix’s With Love, Meghan.
