Shacking Up! Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton Bought a House Together: ‘It’s Currently Being Renovated’

New crib alert! Things between Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton are heating up and sources say they are planning on moving in to a stunning mansion. “Gwen and Blake have bought a house together and it’s currently being renovated which is why they are living in a rental in Bel-Air,” an insider told Us Weekly.

The news comes as Gwen, 50, reportedly sold her Beverly Hills estate at a huge loss. “Gwen’s mansion has finally sold for under $25 million,” a source revealed to Us Weekly in August. “A lot of money was put into the mansion by Gwen over the years. The house had been originally listed for $45 million.” Luckily for singer, with that loss comes a major win as now she gets to start fresh with her man.

After the two met on the set of The Voice back in 2015, they have been absolutely inseparable. They are always spotted spending quality time together and just recently, they celebrated Gwen’s birthday. “Blake took Gwen’s cell phone away on her 50th birthday so that she could focus on being in the moment and spend quality time with family and friends,” the source told Us.

“Happy Birthday @gwenstefani!!!! I love you so much it’s actually stupid … And possibly illegal in the state of California,” Blake, 43, tweeted on October 3. He is clearly head over heels for the blonde beauty.

If his admiration over the star wasn’t enough, he is totally in love with her three boys  — Kingston, 13, Zuma, 11, and Apollo, 5, whom she shares with ex-husband Gavin Rossdale. “Blake loves getting dirty with the boys. They’re always playing basketball or running around,” another source told Us Weekly back in May. Gwen and Blake split their time between Cali and Oklahoma, and Gwen and her boys have definitely taken a liking to the country. “They love it there because it’s just the five of them out on the land, hunting or hiking.”

Blake was surprised at how down-to-earth Gwen can be and is “like one of the guys,” sources shared in June. “She stays away from the Hollywood scene and is a total homebody,” the insider told Us. “Take away her celebrity status and she shares the same traditional Midwestern values as Blake.”
