Gwen Stefani Sells Beverly Hills Mansion She Shared With Ex-Husband Gavin Rossdale at a *Huge* Loss

Turns out, the real estate market is tricky for everyone … celebrities included! So much so, that Gwen Stefani took a pretty big hit after selling her Beverly Hills mansion that she once shared with ex-husband Gavin Rossdale. 

“Gwen’s mansion has finally sold for under $25 million,” a source revealed to Us Weekly. “A lot of money was put into the mansion by Gwen over the years. The house had been originally listed for $45 million.”

In the singer’s own words, that’s “bananas … b-a-n-a-n-a-s.” Even so, now that Gwen’s past home with Gavin, 53, is officially off the market, she can look forward to settling down elsewhere.

An additional insider told Us that the proud mother of three “is looking for a new house in the valley and will probably buy it,” with her new beau, country crooner Blake Shelton. Considering how amazing Blake, 43, is with Gwen’s boys, we’re hardly surprised to hear that the longtime pair is thinking about shacking up.

“He’s extremely close to them,” a third source told Us Weekly on June 4 of Blake’s relationship with his ladylove’s kids — Kingston, 13, Zuma, 10, and Apollo, 5. “Blake loves getting dirty with the boys. They’re always playing basketball or running around,” the insider added. “They love it there because it’s just the five of them out on the land, hunting or hiking.”

Thankfully, Blake’s close relationship to the kids hasn’t caused any resentment between Gwen and Gavin. In fact, the former flames make exemplary coparents. “You know, we both manage to feed them and get them to school on time, more or less!” he said in an interview with Us.

“They are doing really good. They’re really happy, and that’s it. We’re doing the best we can,” he continued, adding that he “always” wants Gwen to be happy, too.
