Dorit Kemsley’s Ex PK Claims ‘RHOBH’ Star Demanded $100K for Vacation and Threatened to ‘Ruin’ Him

The divorce between The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Dorit Kemsley and her estranged husband PK Kemsley is getting uglier by the day — and now their sprawling Encino mansion is caught in the middle.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ in a report published Friday, May 8, PK claims he offered to let Dorit and their two children — son Jagger, 12, and daughter Phoenix, 10 — move into his current home after he vacated the property they shared during their marriage. Her alleged response? “Over my f***ing dead body.”

Dorit filed for divorce in April 2025 after 10 years of marriage. Now, PK, 58, says he moved out of the couple’s 6-bedroom, 10-bathroom, 8,901-square-foot Encino home and is pushing for the court to approve an immediate sale, claiming the property is on the brink of foreclosure. He says the home carries two mortgages totaling $6 million, per the TMZ report.

In the filings, PK described the couple’s financial situation as a “crisis,” alleging that Dorit, 49, spent approximately $1 million on luxury clothing and other items while the mortgage went unpaid, per the report. He also claims his estranged wife has refused to engage in negotiations and has instead responded with what he described as “harassing, caustic, erratic, and deflecting” communications, per the court documents.

The accusations don’t stop there. PK alleges Dorit used their daughter to pressure him into sending money for a Spring Break trip, claiming she demanded two separate $50,000 payments and threatened to “ruin his reputation and his relationship with his girlfriend” if he didn’t comply, according to the outlet.

PK also took aim at how Dorit has portrayed their split on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, claiming she pushed a “false narrative” that he failed to communicate about their finances after the breakup. He insists in the filings that he informed her repeatedly about the foreclosure situation, per the report. He also alleges that when he tries to talk to her, she “often rambles and is largely nonsensical,” according to the court documents.

A judge has not yet ruled on PK’s request to sell the home, per the report.
