Kourtney Kardashian’s Former Nanny Sets the Record Straight on Rumored Romance With Travis Barker

Million Dollar Nannies‘ Leah Barrs has finally cleared up rumors about a past romance with Kourtney Kardashian‘s husband, Travis Barker.

According to Barrs, 31, she was introduced to the Kardashian family through church during a time when she was babysitting for the pastor. She would eventually go on to serve as a nanny for Kourtney, 47, who shares Mason, 16, Penelope, 14, and Reign, 11, with ex Scott Disick, and son Rocky, age 2, with Barker, 50.

“There actually was a nanny show that I watched when I was growing up. I can’t remember what it was called, but I was like, ‘One day I’m going to be a high-profile nanny. Like, I’m going to work for celebrities,'” she explained during a Wednesday, August 6, appearance on Harry Jowsey‘s Boyfriend Material podcast. “So when that came across my table, I was like oh my gosh like I have to do this.”

In a storyline that unfolded on Million Dollar Nannies, Barrs recalled sleeping with a man whose child she watched, which led to drama on the Hulu series and her being let go from a babysitting gig.

“Then this secret comes out that I [expletive] this dad. I’m a home wrecker, blah blah blah,” she explained. “But the real story is this guy is my friend. And I did him a favor one night and he came back from his event. The daughter was asleep. Technically, I’m clocked out.”

“He is my friend. I’ve always thought he was hot. We hook up,” Barrs continued. “And so it’s just something that was so insignificant like so long ago that just got blown out of proportion.”

When asked whether it was Kourtney’s husband, Barrs shut down the rumor immediately.

“No. This is when I first moved to Los Angeles. I was 22,” she insisted. “So that is why it’s so crazy, [because] I am now 31.”

Barrs previously told People in June that she regrets her decision, adding, she’s “not that person today.”
