In August 2018, it was reported that PK had fallen into $3.6 million worth of debt by gambling at the Bellagio Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. Dorit and Paul denied the split in a statement via their rep at the time.

We have not separated nor are we planning to do so. Rather, we are focused on healing, making changes and doing the things that many couples have to do at some point in their marriage. We would be grateful for everyone’s understanding. We are doing what we can to focus on the best interests of our family, as opposed to spending our time contending with rumors and hearsay that are not true. Love, Dorit and PK.”

That said, Dorit and PK announced their separation in May 2024.

“To safeguard our deep friendship and maintain a harmonious environment for our children we have made the mutual and difficult decision to take some time apart and reevaluate our relationship while we prioritize our children,” the couple wrote in a joint statement at the time.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 14 trailer dropped in October 2024, which teased Dorit and PK’s marriage woes. During a clip, Dorit chatted with costar Erika Jayne and asked an unidentified male if he was married.

“Not this week,” to which Dorit made a shocked face and replied, “Me neither.”
