While Charlie Sheen never seems to fail us when it comes to knowing just what to say — this time, he let his fashion do the talking!

The actor, 50, attended the Elton John AIDs Foundation Oscars Viewing Party wearing a shirt with his own face and the saying “Stay positively negative” written across the chest.

This, of course, comes just months after the former TV star revealed he is HIV-positive.

When asked to explain his unusual fashion choice last night, he laughed, “Well I thought if somebody said, ‘You’re not wearing a tie.’ I said, ‘Well, yeah, I’m at an AIDs event and I brought my HIV!’”
