Brad Pitt revealed the amount that his ex-wife Angelina Jolie was paid for her stake in their family winery — a deal that the actor is asking the court to undo, In Touch can exclusively report.

According to court documents obtained by In Touch, Brad, 60, claimed that Angelina, 49, was paid a hefty eight-figure sum to sell her interest in Château Miraval.

Brad and Angelina purchased Miraval in 2008 with the hopes of turning the winery into a family business. Brad said he spent a ton of time and money on creating a successful wine business.

Brad and Angelina each owned 50 percent of Miraval. Angelina used her LLC, Nouvel, to purchase her shares. Brad used his LLC named Mondo Bongo to buy his interest.

The couple split in 2016 after an alleged incident on a private plane. Brad said that Angelina discussed a buyout of her stake in Miraval after the divorce, with their “discussions progressing intermittently into January 2021.”

Brad and his team had reached a “very advanced stage” in the talks with the parties agreeing on a price.

In court documents, it was revealed that Brad and his team offered Angelina a $54.4 million offer.

The money was to be paid out over six years with an initial payment of $46 million and the remaining $8.5 million paid in installments.

However, Brad claims that a few months later Angelina backed out of the negotiations, “feigning concern over the terms of a proposed non-disparagement agreement in connection with the deal.”

Brad doesn’t believe this. His lawyer claimed, “This was the pretext. In reality. [Angelina] and Nouvel had covertly lined up and tentatively struck a deal with a third party: the Stoli Group, owned and controlled by Russian billionaire, Yuri Shefler, and its subsidiary Tenute del Mondo.”

Brad’s lawyer added, “While negotiations with [Brad] were still ongoing, Terry Bird, as manager of Nouvel, executed a Confidentiality Agreement with [Stoli] which required [Stoli] to keep confidential even ‘the fact that discussions and/or negotiations relating the proposed transaction are taking place.’”

Brad said Angelina and her new partners at Stoli agreed to keep him in the dark about their talks. His motion then revealed how much Angelina was paid for her stake.

His lawyer wrote, “On September 24, 2021, the Defendants consummated their tortious plan, with [Stoli] agreeing to purchase Nouvel (and thereby its interest in Miraval) from [Angelina] for $64 million.”

Brad dropped the revelation as part of a recent back and forth in his lawsuit.

In his suit, the actor claimed that Angelina was required to get his approval of any sale to a third party. He also accused Yuri and Stoli of attempting a hostile takeover of the company.

Angelina disputes this claim and asked that the lawsuit be thrown out. Nouvel filed a $350 million countersuit against Brad accusing him of misusing Miraval’s assets for vanity projects. Brad denied the claims. The case is ongoing.

In the lawsuit, the email that Angelina sent Brad on January 21, 2021, informing him she wanted out was submitted as evidence.

In her message, Angelina wrote Brad, “I have tried to stay open to the business, to see it as something that could be positive for our family, and have therefore not walked away. I had hoped somehow it could become something that held us together and we found light and peace. I see now how you really wanted me out and will most likely be pleased to receive this email.”

The actress said, “In the past four years I have seen lots of inconsiderate behavior, money spent in ways that I would not have approved, and decisions made that I was not consulted on. I’ve been hurt by decisions that have been made that show no interest in sharing the business or changing it fundamentally into something that would be healthier for our children.”

“Most of all, I was shaken by the recent imagery that was released to sell the alcohol. I find it irresponsible and not something I would want the children to see. It reminded me of painful times,” Angelina said. “All of this tells me very clearly that the vision you and the others in the business have is not one I can share. I do not feel I can be involved, publicly or privately, in a business based on alcohol, when alcoholic behavior harmed our family so deeply.”

As In Touch first reported, Angelina dropped her lawsuit against the FBI. Angelina demanded certain records related to the FBI’s investigation into Brad over the infamous incident, aboard a private plane on September 14, 2016, that preceded the couple’s divorce.
