Kirk then filmed the man who screamed as police try to get him in a squad car, and the man can be heard yelling, “shots fired,” but there were no gunshot sounds.

The reality TV personality laughed as he declared, “people [are] cheering.” As the man started yelling “I can’t breathe” multiple times, Kirk reiterated to the camera and joked, “Bro thinks he’s George Floyd.”
