Surrounded by love! Duane “Dog” Chapman did everything in his power to make his wife, Beth Chapman, feel very special on Mother’s Day, even sharing a heartwarming photo from their celebrations on May 13. Duane’s son, Leland, and his wife, Jamie, also joined in for the festivities and the group was all smiles in the sweet snap taken amid Beth’s ongoing battle with cancer.

“We had an amazing Mother’s Day thank you to my son @lelandbchapman and @jamiepchapman for making the journey to be with us on Mother’s Day. It meant so much @garrychapman and @bonniejoc and @cecilybeezee you kids never let dad down we love you guys wishes you’d have been here. Mom did great,” Duane captioned the pic tagged at The Source Church Bradenton.

The Dog’s Most Wanted star, 51, discussed her cancer battle at the Florida venue on May 12, during two Mother’s Day services. “I am so honored to have been asked by Pastors Ralph and Joanne to share my story with their congregation, especially on Mother’s Day,” she previously said.

In the new photo with Jamie and Leland, Beth looks radiant while posing alongside Duane, who wore his heart on his sleeve quite literally, rocking a jacket emblazoned with the message “love never dies.” Cecily commented a heart emoji underneath the snap and also shared a message on her own page about how inspired she is by her mom Beth’s “courageous spirit.”

“You are the strongest person with a life filled with love from near and far,” Cecily gushed about Beth. “I’m so proud of you with all the accomplishments you have made. Nothing in this world will ever keep you away from me. You’ve guided me in my best times and in my worst times, you’ve always been there to except me for me. I’ll carry out your legacy forever.”

It was first revealed that Beth had been diagnosed with stage 2 throat cancer back in September 2017. Her doctors gave her a 50/50 shot at beating it, and she was in remission a few months later. However, in November 2018, the reality star discovered that her cancer was back after having emergency surgery. It’s been a long and tough road for Beth, but she’s staying strong!
