Amy Duggar Says Baby Dax ‘Could Come Anytime’ Now as She Puts ‘Final Touches’ on Nursery

Her doctor may have put her on bed rest for the remainder of her pregnancy, but that doesn’t mean Amy Duggar is just sitting at home eating bonbons. While chatting exclusively with In Touch, the TLC star gave fans some insight into how she’s been spending the last few weeks. As the birth of her son, Daxton Ryan, gets closer, the momma-to-be is diving into all of the last-minute preparations, but she’s also making sure not to forget about her other baby, her clothing store. Luckily, her husband, Dillon King, has been taking incredible care of them all.

“Dill has been very supportive of me getting plenty of rest!” Amy, 33, exclusively shared with In Touch. “So I haven’t been to 3130 Clothing much! But I’m def still in charge lol,” she added playfully. When it comes to the work that needs to get done at home, she said, “For our last week, we have been busy putting the final touches together for the nursery, washing little baby socks and everything and Dill is putting the car seats in our car! It’s so crazy to think our little man could come anytime!!”

Though the reality TV star doesn’t plan to share her son’s birth with a camera crew, fans can expect plenty of updates on social media. Recently, Amy has been posting tons of pregnancy photos as well as more personal updates. She also just celebrated her birthday in style with her family. In August, the Marriage Boot Camp alum revealed her husband had been spoiling her during her pregnancy, and her birthday was no different.

“Dill surprised me with a prenatal massage and then we (hopefully) are going jewelry shopping for a new ring for my right hand of Daxton’s birthstone! Sooo it’s either going to be a sapphire or an opal!” Amy told In Touch before she finished her big day. “My friends and family will probably all stop by and we might cater pasta in (which is my fav). So I’m thinking a pretty relaxed birthday is going to be perfect this year! I feel so loved by everyone.” Though she joked that Dax might come on her birthday, it seems that was one wish that didn’t come true. “Either way, we are just counting down the days!” she shared.
