‘Alaskan Bush People’ Star Billy Brown Gives Son Noah and Daughter-In-Law Rhain a $220K Colorado Cottage

This is quite a gift! Alaskan Bush People star Billy Brown gave his son Noah Brown and Noah’s wife, Rhain Alisha, a $220K Colorado cottage, Radar Online reported on March 21. The gift means Noah, 26, and Rhain will likely continue to raise their son, Elijah, away from the rest of the Brown family.

According to Colorado property records Radar obtained, the small family’s new home is on 35.4 acres of land in Weston. It was reportedly purchased in 2017 by Billy, 66, and his wife, Ami Brown, 55. On March 18, Billy transferred the deed to the property to his son for $0, so it’s officially Noah’s now.

At the start of the Discovery show, the Brown family lived in Alaska. They now reside in Washington state. So Noah, Rhain and Elijah are pretty far from the rest of the reality TV family, but according to one source, they prefer it that way. “Noah and Rhain are living in Colorado now, and they are much happier,” an insider close to the family told Radar.

On February 26, Noah and Rhain welcomed Elijah — their first child together — and made Billy and Ami grandparents for the first time. In the past, Noah has faced some tension with his family, whose decisions he hasn’t always agreed with. But a source told Radar in December 2018 that the impending arrival of the new baby brought everyone together. “Noah and Rhain were in the midst of a rough patch with his family prior to their baby news, but the pregnancy has really turned things around for them,” the insider claimed. It probably helps that, as the source explained, Ami has “wanted to be a grandmother for so long.”

In reality, Noah and Rhain have really just started their lives together away from Noah’s family. They tied the knot in an intimate ceremony in Idaho on August 15, with just 25 people in attendance.

Now they have plenty of time to figure out how they want to live their lives and run their own little family, away from the pressures of Noah’s parents and their lifestyle. “His relationship with the rest of the family slightly improved after the birth of Elijah, but that didn’t last very long,” a source explained to Radar. “They are just glad to finally be away from them.” Family feud or no, it’s pretty cool that Billy was willing to help Noah start his life in Colorado off on the right foot.
