‘Alaskan Bush People’ Alum Noah Brown Seeks Court Review Over Sons’ Safety in Divorce Case

Alaskan Bush People alum Noah Brown is voicing concern for his children’s welfare as his divorce from Rhain Brown continues to play out in court.

According to an article Us Weekly published Wednesday, July 22, Noah, 34, expressed worry about his sons’ “emotional and physical safety” in court documents and has requested an independent evaluation, along with a court-appointed guardian ad litem, for the two boys he shares with Rhain.

In a March 11 declaration, per the outlet, Noah claimed Rhain, who is pregnant, moved in with a new partner, Adam Gimello — the father of her unborn child — alleging that Gimello is under house arrest, on probation and subject to a protective order restricting his access to firearms.

“To the best of my knowledge, Rhain’s household contains several rifles and pistols that appear to be easily accessible,” Noah wrote, according to the outlet. “I am concerned that the current living situation may place our children at risk.”

According to the outlet, Gimello filed his own petition for a protective order against Noah in April, alleging harassment; it was denied in June for insufficient evidence. Gimello claimed in that filing that “all functioning firearms are kept in a gun safe that I have no access to,” though Noah has denied knowing about his rival’s record before Gimello moved in, according to responsive court records.

In his June filing, Noah denied claims that he “harassed, stalked and threatened” Gimello, writing, per the outlet, “That treatment is unfortunate, but it does not mean I caused it, encouraged it, directed it or participated in it.” Per the outlet, Noah’s attorney said that “this private family-law matter is in no way newsworthy.”

The exes’ latest dispute centers on relocation: Noah objected, in a July 10 filing, to Rhain’s plan to move with their sons to Oregon in August, writing that doing so “would not serve any continuity of caregiving,” according to the report.

Rhain, for her part, said in a December 2025 declaration that she has “always supported Noah having a relationship” with their children and wants “an open door approach,” while asking to be named primary custodian, per Us Weekly.

As In Touch previously reported, the Brown family faced tragedy earlier this year when Noah’s oldest brother, Matt Brown, died. Noah confirmed the death himself in a May 31 Instagram Reel, revealing he had spent days working alongside search and rescue teams before he was the one who identified his brother’s body.
