When you try to come for Adrienne Bailon, you’ll have to face her husband, Israel Houghton. Recently, a couple of Internet trolls found that out the hard way after attacking the cohost of The Real in an Instagram comment. On the show, the former Cheetah Girls star decided to open up to the audience about her struggle to balance trying to get pregnant with her career — and how trying to plan out the timeline didn’t work for her. “When I started family planning, I thought I had to set it all up,” she admitted. “I thought, well, I don’t want to miss an entire season of The Real … That’s not the way it works and it didn’t work out that way.”

Recently, Adrienne, 35, fawned over her ex-boyfriend’s sister’s baby, telling Khloé Kardashian just how cute True is, and in the past she talked about Kylie Jenner being ready to become a mother, too. Now, it’s clear she’s ready for one of her own. When the show shared the clip of the would-be-mom on their Instagram account, though, one commenter decided to question her story. “Adrienne motorlienmouth [sic] needs ATTENTION today,” they wrote in a now-deleted response. “You know you have issues in having a baby. Your [sic] just lien [sic] to everyone. We know you very well. Phony loca.” That’s when Israel decided to step in, snapping, “And how long have you known her? Please don’t do that. Thanks. Figure out who you are. God bless you as you go.”

Israel Houghton Claps Back At Hater On Instagram

He had words for another hater, too. When a second commenter chimed in, writing, “Get off those birth control pills … or remove your IUD … You ain’t fooling nobody but yourself,” Adrienne’s husband spoke up once again. “Don’t you have better things to do than assume something about people you don’t know?” he clapped back. “Please go somewhere.”

We love that Israel is standing up for his wife, especially after she opened up about how tough it can be to try and be a working mom — even before you have a kid. Luckily, Adrienne also got plenty of love in the comments, with fans speaking up to support her and share their own experiences. “We want mothers to be career women,” sympathized one commenter. “But career women often don’t receive the support needed to become mothers.” Another chimed in, “Relax and enjoy the process. Good luck with your journey.” We’re sending positive vibes her way!
