They might’ve seemed like the perfect couple when they dated during their ‘High School Musical’ fame, but Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens weren’t exactly the perfect pair.

In fact, the 26-year-old ‘Spring Breakers’ star admitted the blue-eyed hunk brought out a nasty side of her!

“I went through a phase when I was really mean because I was so fed up. Girls were running after him, and I was giving them death stares,” she told the ‘New York Times.’ “Then I realized that’s not what that’s about. Spread the love, be a good person, they support you, be nice.”

The power couple eventually split and moved on with other people — Zac is currently dating Sami Miro and Vanessa has been linked up with ‘The Carrie Diaries’ star Austin Butler — but there is a chance the former Disney stars could reunite once again in the fourth installment of ‘High School Musical.’

“High School Musical 4 is much more than just an idea,” an insider tells ‘Radar Online.’ “Although there have been rumors for the past several years that it is definitely happening.”

Zac has struggled with drug and alcohol abuse in the recent months, but now that he’s officially clean and sober, ‘HSM4’ might actually get a green light!
