Little People, Big Bummer: Isabel Rock Confirms She and Jacob Roloff Won’t Have a Televised Wedding

Say it ain’t so! Former Little People, Big World star Isabel Rock took to Instagram on Sunday, April 14, to reveal she and her soon-to-be husband, Jacob Roloff, will not have a televised wedding.

“Will your wedding be televised??” a fan asked on the 23-year-old’s now-deleted video. “I hope so because I’ve loved watching all those boys and Molly grow up over the years! I think it would be amazing. Congratulations to you and Jacob!” In response, Izzy wrote, “Thanks! Molly’s was not televised and either [sic] will ours be! Sorry.” Another comment read, “Will your wedding be aired?” to which she replied, “No! I’m afraid not.”

But don’t worry, the TLC personality doesn’t mind the questions. “Can’t wait to see pictures,” a third chimed in. “Don’t let people get to you that keep harping about putting it on TV.” She then wrote back, “That’s okay! It doesn’t get to me,” with a smiling emoji. Aww.

The cute couple drove around the farm with Jacob’s dad, Matt Roloff, on April 14 to find a place to plant flowers for their big day … which isn’t too far away. In September, Izzy revealed they’ll say “I do” on September 7, 2019. “Planning a wedding, going back to school, finding a place to live that fits us and gives us a sense of community, always fixing our beloved van, while also trying to manage an art business has felt a wee bit overwhelming for me at times,” she shared at the time.

“I have faith that all of it will lead us to where we are supposed to be, and each day brings new blessings (trying so hard to believe that). Focusing on the present moment and recognizing that being engaged only exists for a short time, and soon enough — ONE YEAR FROM TODAY — we will finally be married and it will be the best day of our lives,” Izzy concluded.

Fans were over-the-moon for the happy couple and several sent kind messages in the comment section. One even asked Izzy if she “has gone dress shopping,” and Jacob’s fiancée replied at the time: “Not yet.” The former reality star announced they were getting married in January 2018 after J popped the question in Iceland.

We can’t wait to see Izzy and Jacob walk down the aisle. T minus 145 days! But who’s counting?
