Travis Barker Sucks Wife Kourtney Kardashian’s Big Toe in Bizarre Birthday Post

Travis Barker celebrated his wife Kourtney Kardashian on her birthday by sharing a series of photos of their life together — but it’s the final image in the post that had people scratching their heads.

On Sunday, April 19, the Blink-182 drummer, 50, took to Instagram where he posted a carousel of sweet snaps of the Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum for her 47th birthday.

The images included a series of life events from the past year, in which the couple smiled and embraced. There are also a few solo shots of the Poosh founder — and one featuring Barker lying in bed with Kardashian’s big toe in his mouth.

For the most part, the post received positive feedback from the commenters, most of whom wished Kardashian a happy birthday. However, a handful couldn’t help but comment on the strange final image, with one noting: “i definitely could’ve done without the last picture lmao. super sweet pics tho.”

“Now why the last photo?” another wrote.

The loving post came a day late, given that her birthday is on April 18. “Happy Birthday my beautiful wife. I love you forever and ever,” he wrote in a message to his wife in the caption of the post. “Thank you for being such an amazing woman, an incredible wife, and the best mom to our humans. I feel so grateful to spend this life with you @kourtneykardash.”

Barker and Kardashian exchanged vows in 2022. In 2023, they welcomed son Rocky, 2, into their blended brood which includes the reality star’s children Mason, 16, Penelope, 13, and Reign, 11, and Barker’s children with ex Shanna Moakler: Landon, 22, Alabama, 20, and step-daughter Atiana, 27.
