‘Teen Mom 2’ Alum Jenelle Evans Is Reportedly Back With Ex David Eason Despite Disturbing Charges

Teen Mom 2 alum Jenelle Evans seemingly never moved on from her divorce from David Eason, as the two are back together, according to a new report.

“Jenelle flew David out for Valentine’s Day from North Carolina to her home in Las Vegas,” a source told The U.S. Sun on Friday, February 20. “They were together for the holiday.”

The former 16 & Pregnant star, 34, took to social media on February 12 to ask fans for advice on which dress to wear for a Valentine’s Day date. Eason — who is currently facing felony charges for allegedly strangling Evans’ 16-year-old son Jace, whom she shares with ex Andrew Lewis — liked her Instagram post. 

“You’re giving him another chance aren’t you… otherwise why the valentines dresses?!” one fan commented on the MTV star’s post.

“He liked the post too so it’s gotta be with him,” another responded.

The former couple tied the knot in September 2017, two years after meeting on Tinder. They welcomed a daughter, Ensley, now 9, in January 2017. Evans also shares son Kaiser, 11, with ex Nathan Griffith.

The following year, Eason was fired from MTV for sharing homophobic messages on X. Evans was later fired by the network after Eason shot and killed their family dog.

Their on-again, off-again marriage came to an end in February 2024 with Evans filing for legal separation in North Carolina. Their divorce was finalized in July 2025 and Evans was granted custody of their daughter.

Neither Evans nor Eason have commented on the current relationship status.
