Farrah Abraham and Simon Saran have been vacationing in Jamaica this week for her 26th birthday, but does the pair have another reason to celebrate?!
The Teen Mom OG stars sparked pregnancy rumors when Farrah was photographed with a possible baby bump while soaking up the sun during their vaca.

"Congrats! When are you due?" one user commented on the photo, as another wrote, "Is she pregnant? She looks prego here."
But before you start congratulating the seemingly on-again couple, Simon shut down the rumors.
He told Radar Online, “She’s not pregnant.”
He even blamed her bloat on having one too many sodas.
“I believe she had too much Dr. Pepper to drink for breakfast that left her looking bloated,” he said.
Ha!

The controversial pair has had their fair share of ups and downs when it comes to getting engaged. On a previous season of Teen Mom, Farrah purchased an engagement ring with the hopes that he would propose, but he never got down on one knee. On a more recent episode, Farrah called it off completely with Simon because he didn't want to get married.
Here's to hoping the two are now in a good place!
