Anthony Edwards’ ex Ayesha Howard submitted new evidence as part of their ugly court war after he accused her of stripping until she got pregnant with their child, In Touch can exclusively report.

In Touch obtained the evidence filed as part of the court battle between Anthony, 23, and Ayesha, 37.

On April 24, Ayesha, who informed the court she will be representing herself in the case moving forward, included a permit from the Atlanta Police Department for an adult entertainment license.

Ayesha filed the evidence as part of her plea with the court to reconsider the decision deciding child support would not be set in California.

She wrote, “Throughout these proceedings, Mr. Edwards and his legal team have not only misrepresented his own connections but have also made false and damaging statements about me, in what appears to be an effort to discredit my character.”

Permit

She said, “One such claim was that I worked at Magic City in Atlanta until 2024. This is false. I have obtained documentation from the Atlanta Police Department showing that my last business license with that establishment expired in 2018 — seven years ago.”

Ayesha said, “I have been forthcoming in stating that I have not worked in Georgia for over a decade, and the evidence supports this statement.”

On the permit, Ayesha listed that she would be working at the famed strip club Magic City in ATL. A source close to Ayesha denied she was a dancer at the club.

Ayesha argued that Anthony has ties to California due to his agent being based in Los Angeles.

Ayesha told In Touch, “My daughter Aubri deserves a future built on honesty and integrity not decisions clouded by errors or injustices”.

As In Touch first reported, Anthony and Ayesha share a daughter named Aubri Summer Howard, who was born in October 2024.

Anthony filed a paternity and child support lawsuit in Georgia. Around the same time, Ayesha filed a similar case in California.

The Minnesota Timberwolves star accused Ayesha of filing in California in hopes of scoring a higher child support award. Anthony argued the case should be heard in Georgia, where he said they both lived.

He claimed Ayesha had “a Georgia driver’s license through September 2024, has only ever been registered to vote in Georgia and all of Ayesha’s known addresses, phone numbers and vehicles been registered in Georgia.”

The NBA star also claimed Ayesha “worked as a dancer at Magic City Strip Club located in Atlanta, Georgia, until she got pregnant around January 2024.”

As part of her effort to keep the case in California, where she claimed to have moved before Aubri’s birth, Ayesha denied working at Magic City in 2024.

Alleged License

In a court declaration, Ayesha wrote, “In response to the arguments raised by Anthony’s attorney, it is important to clarify that my past connections to Atlanta, Georgia, should not, and do not, establish jurisdiction there.”

She said, “I have not worked in Georgia or been involved with any businesses — including clubs — in over a decade.” Anthony’s lawyer slammed Ayesha’s claim.

He accused her of failing to “provide her 2023 and 2024 W2 from Magic City, the Atlanta strip club where she worked and earned income in those years. Instead, she lied by saying she has not worked in Georgia in over 10 years.”

Anthony has yet to respond to the new evidence submitted by Ayesha.

Ayesha Howard

As In Touch first reported, the California judge sided with Anthony when he ruled that child support would not be determined in L.A.

A hearing has been set to determine whether custody will be set by the California court.

The child support has yet to be set in Anthony’s Georgia case.

Ayesha, who told the court she was unemployed, recently asked the court to award her temporary and permanent child support.

“[Ayesha] is currently unemployed and relies on savings, family support and any support that Anthony provides to maintain the needs and care for the minor child,” Ayesha’s lawyer wrote.

On top of that, Anthony also asked for the case to be sealed.

His lawyer argued, “Public access to these records has invited unwanted interference from the general public, online commentators and social media users, which has resulted in harassment, doxxing and malicious speculation that has impacted the parties and their ability to focus on their career and their children’s well-being.”

Anthony Edwards

As In Touch first reported, Anthony told the court he has no interest in custody or visitation with Aubri.

He said the only matter that needs to be resolved is child support. Anthony told the court, “[Ayesha] and I have one minor child together, Aubri Summer Howard. Paternity was recently established through DNA testing. I am not seeking child custody or visitation of Aubri. Therefore, the only issues to be resolved are financial in nature.”

As In Touch first reported, Anthony is in the middle of a separate paternity battle with his other ex, Ally D.
