Battle of the exes. Blac Chyna’s attorney, Lynne Ciani, is speaking out after a judge denied Rob Kardashian’s request to seek primary custody of their 3-year-old daughter, Dream Kardashian. The reality star dad reportedly claimed his former flame was a “danger” to their daughter, alleging that she parties too hard while the toddler is present and more.

The E! alum’s older sister, Khloé Kardashian, also reportedly backed up some of his claims in the new documents, according to TMZ. Now, the model’s attorney is firing back.

“So Rob Kardashian — who has physically abused his significant other (Adrienne Bailon) on camera and has posted illegal revenge porn against Chyna — wants to take custody of Chyna’s beautiful daughter, Dream, away from her hands-on, extremely loving mother?” Ciani wrote in a statement obtained by In Touch.

“And Khloé Kardashian — who has a DUI on her record — wants to take her niece Dream away from her loving mother, Chyna? Oh please. Chyna will vigorously contest this latest, despicable attempt to take away her daughter in a court of law — where she will keep prevailing against her ex-fiancé Rob and the other malicious and vindictive members of his family (namely, Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian and Kylie Jenner),” the statement concluded.

In the documents, the Dancing With the Stars alum, 32, claimed that he’s noticed changes in his daughter’s behavior as of late, alleging that she has been “naked twerking, and acting out sexual positions that she said her mom taught her.”

The father of one also reportedly alleged that his daughter has started swearing, saying words like “bitch” and phrases like “what the f–k,” noting how he doesn’t speak like that in front of her.

On January 3, the Arthur George founder submitted the emergency motion in court, seeking supervised visits and asking them to order Chyna, 31, to take drug and alcohol testing. Even though the judge took his motion into consideration, it was ultimately denied.

Looking forward, the court has ordered both of the exes to attend mediation on February 10, with the hopes they can hash out their differences regarding custody and visitation.
